Terms and Conditions for Go Local Aruba Taxi Service

Effective Date: October 6, 2025

Service Overview
Go Local Aruba provides professional taxi and chauffeur services, including (but not limited to) airport transfers, hotel transfers, wedding transfers, daily packages, and custom transportation solutions on the island of Aruba.

 Bookings and Payments
- All bookings must be made in advance via our website, email, or phone.

- Payment is required at the time of booking or, where agreed, at the commencement of service.

- Bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability; confirmation will be provided once your reservation is finalized.

- Airport transfers may not be included in some packages unless specifically stated.

Cancellations and Changes
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a fee.

- Any changes to the booking (time, location, vehicle type) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Service Terms
- Service operates from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily unless stated otherwise.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate addresses and pick-up times.

- The company is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control, such as traffic, weather, or road closures.

- Passengers are required to wear seatbelts and comply with local transportation laws at all times.

Vehicles and Capacity
- Vehicles (SUVs, vans, and Toyota Hiace) are assigned according to group size and luggage requirements.

- Special vehicle requests will be honored where possible but are subject to availability.

- For larger groups (above 7 passengers), additional vehicles may be required and are subject to separate booking and charges.

Conduct and Liability
- Go Local Aruba reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol/drugs, exhibiting abusive behavior, or violating safety regulations.

- Clients are liable for any damages caused to the vehicle due to negligence.

- The company is not liable for the loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Privacy
- All customer data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see website for details).

Amendments
Go Local Aruba reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the latest terms.
